Crystal has been working in the fertility industry since 2017, supporting surrogate mothers and helping intended parents build their families through the deeply meaningful journey of surrogacy. She feels incredibly privileged to be part of such a life-changing process, and every stage of the journey — from guiding intended parents to caring for surrogates — holds real significance for her. Crystal is dedicated to making each experience not only safe and seamless, but also positive, encouraging, and memorable for everyone involved.

Witnessing families come together is something that touches Crystal’s heart in ways words can’t fully express. What she values most is the personal connection she forms with the families she supports. Each story is different, yet the shared joy at the end of the journey is universal. Being a trusted part of that transformation is an honor she never takes lightly.

Outside of her professional life, Crystal loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and exploring nature, finding peace and balance in watching things grow and thrive. She is also an avid traveler with a passion for discovering new places — especially those with unique and delicious food. These experiences bring inspiration and energy into her life, fueling both her personal well-being and her dedication to helping families grow.
