Alison Guo
Director of Client Relations
Alison’s journey in the surrogacy world began before she joined GSHC — as an intended parent herself. Having faced years of fertility challenges, she understands firsthand the emotional weight, uncertainty, and hope that intended parents carry. This personal experience shaped her deep empathy for families pursuing IVF, surrogacy, and egg donation and inspired her commitment to helping others navigate the same path with clarity and support.
Before entering the fertility field, Alison built a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving while working for one of China’s most respected education groups. These skills later became invaluable when she transitioned into her role at GSHC.
Since joining GSHC in 2020, Alison has worked closely with intended parents from all walks of life — heterosexual couples facing infertility, same-sex couples, single parents by choice, and families healing from loss. She understands their fears, hopes, and expectations because she has lived through many of those emotions herself. With more than a decade of experience in client communication and a strong working knowledge of the IVF, surrogacy, and egg donation processes, Alison is able to provide thoughtful guidance and personalized support throughout every stage of the journey.
Alison believes that children bring immeasurable joy and connection to a family. Being part of that transformation — helping intended parents move from longing to fulfillment — is what drives her work every day. As a Client Relations Manager at GSHC, she is proud to support families as they take meaningful steps toward welcoming the child they have long hoped for.
